Delivery Policy
At Super Quality Hearing Aid & Speech Therapy (SQST), we are dedicated to providing a seamless and reliable delivery service for our customers. Our goal is to ensure that your hearing aids and related products arrive in a timely and secure manner.
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Standard delivery within Oman takes approximately 7 business days from the date of order confirmation. In case of any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will keep you informed.
We offer free delivery for all orders above 1500 OMR. For orders below this threshold, a standard shipping fee of 10 OMR applies. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
