• In 1 of the occasion I had to give my hearing aid for technical snag which could take around 5-10 days for rectification. I was thinking, how I could leave without hearing aid; since I got habitual to hearing all sounds by now.  For this they gave solution by giving me standby hearing aid with same matching performance of mine, that’s what I call a SERVICE, which will never leave patient helpless.

This is an update to my review below. Due to the Pandemic, I had not been able to get back to Super Quality for quite some time. Once again, I was greeted as an old friend and immediately taken care of. Mr. Malik went out of his way to give me very personalized attention and help me with choosing my new hearing aids (which by the way are INCREDIBLY good!). You will not find better personalized service nor a finer selection of hearing aids in all of Oman. Service and quality you can trust!!!!This is the only place to shop for quality hearing aids. I am a long time and very satisfied customer. The service is 2nd to none. The management and staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you with any needs, even helping you to line up Doctors appointments and making the calls for you. Any questions or concerns are quickly dealt with. Mr. Malik has to be one of the most friendly and helpful persons I have ever met. His goal is to make sure you get what you need and that you are happy. Deal here with confidence.

I went to the Super Quality Hearing Aid & Speech Therapy Center, at Shatti Al-Qurm, Muscat and got myself the Signia -Siemens Cros Pure 312 7NX set Hearing aids based on their recommendation after they conducted my hearing test.I am so happy with these hearing Aids and most importantly I found the staff at the center to be very professional and courteous to the customers' needs and very informative as to my condition and options available for me.I would recommend this center to anyone for their hearing speech needs, basically their service, after sells service and products are excellent.

Their services are very excellent and fast. They take care of the person who suffers from hearing impairment and choose the appropriate hearing aid for patients.Whenever I have a problem with my hearing aid, they fix the problems as soon as possible.

In my experience after going around to all thenplaces for hearing aid for my father I oped for siemens hering aids the quality of the products is really super and the way they dealt with my father really made me comfortble and I could find out that were in great hands.My father and myself feels so happy that we selected Super Quality Hearing Aid for his hearing aids fitting.

I was feeling dizziness from last 5 months and approached to three ENT Doctors in Muscat got some medicine and treatment but my problem of dizziness got more aggravated. Fortunately I approached to Mr.Vikrant Malik of Super Quality of Hearing aid & Speech Therapy center on 7th Nov with in three days we have taken two therapy on 7th & on 9th Nov (Approx. 30 min each day).Today I am feeling much better and confident.
